  Derek Woolverton, Director
Derek started off knowing what he wanted from life - he wanted to work with computer graphics and get rich. After years, realizing that those two goals might be mutually exclusive, he has expanded his skills to medical diagnostic software, image processing, networking, windows programming, workload balancing management, html, fortran, game engines, file utilities, x windows interfaces, and finance.

Derek spends his time commuting to Los Angeles, the bay area, Singapore, Thailand, Stockholm, and other parts unknown. When he's not jet-lagged, he's in front of computer implementing the latest solution to the world's hardest problems. Still, when he can, he finds some graphics work to do.

Derek recently got a digital camera, and has been having quite a bit of fun with it. Here are some of the pictures.

Pierce Wetter, Director
Pierce has survived the corporate culture of a large macintosh hardware vendor and the frantic pace of small game company in the throes of self-destruction, and has decided the carefree life of a startup is the place for him.

Pierce spends his hours trying to catch up with the internet, wrestling java, migrating aging macintosh applications, pulling apart encryption bit by bit, and plotting to take over the universe (see www.starshield.com).

Pierce just got a new house. You can check it out here.

Randy Kinsel, Engineer
A local to Flagstaff, Randy was still adjusting to the commute to Sedona after six years when life turned sideways and dropped him at our door. Once we realized that he was a skilled programmer, avid computer gamer, and graphics person; we couldn't cast him back into the harsh waters and immediately offered him a position on our staff to tackle the world's hardest problems for fun and profit. Happily he accepted.

John David, Engineer
John David goes by the name Ebo, and if you ask him why, make sure you're sitting down. Otherwise, you'll have to listen to a pretty involved story. In fact, if you ask Ebo anything, make sure you're sitting down. Whatever you do, don't ask him about the "No Parking Anytime Tree Massacree, in Four Part Harmony, with Circles and Arrows and a Paragraph on the Back of Each One". When Ebo isn't pounding out code, he's pounding on defenseless pieces of iron in his home forge. Go figure.
