What We Do

That is, Twin Forces is a Software Engineering firm located in Flagstaff, Arizona. We do software development for a number of platforms, including Unix, Windows, Macintosh, Rhapsody, WebObjects, and IRIX. We are known for our technical ability, our professionalism and our can-do attitude.

In fact, we're good enough that despite the fact that most of our customers are in California, we can live in beautiful Flagstaff. This is generally because of our high degree of professionalism and a lot of experience in both writing software and managing software projects. We understand both the technical end of a project, and the business end of a project. We've saved our customers thousands of dollars by asking the right questions in the beginning of the project, rather then at the end.

This makes us unique in an industry plagued with million dollar runaway projects, constant schedule slips, "death-march" projects, and massive failures. Very few companies are willing to even bid on fixed-fee software projects, much less actually complete them on time and on schedule.

How do we do it? Its not that complicated really, just good old fashioned business and technical sense, coupled with lots of experience. I can't say that we know any secrets, we just know how to execute well, we're smart, we have outstanding technical knowledge, and being businessmen ourselves, we understand what customers want and need from their vendors.
